Design of Products for Stroke Survivors for Improved Work and Home Life

For a third year, Archeworks will partner with the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC) to explore design applications for improving the work and home life of stroke survivors, with a specific focus on aphasia.  The Archeworks team will continue to work closely with the Rehabilitation Research and Training Center at the RIC and Northwestern University’s Institute for Design Engineering Application (IDEA) with support from the U.S. Department of Education’s National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR) as well as develop relationships with other national and local entities.
