Systematizing a Sustainable Natural Food Ecosystem

Archeworks plans to partner with the Notebaert Nature Museum to explore the world of food at the Museum.  The Archeworks team will develop a long-range plan to systematize a sustainable, natural food cycle at the Museum.  The plan will address many topics as they relate to the food ecosystem at the Museum including production, acquisition, purchase, consumption, recycling, and disposal.  A key component of the plan will be the exploration of educational programs with a particular focus on healthy eating for school-age visitors and building awareness of natural foods with all visitors to the Museum and the community-at-large.
