seniors as they age."

Why Do We Need A New Form of Housing?

Aging In Place
Our research shows that as people age, they often move to neighborhoods
that are unfamiliar to them. There is a great desire to be near family and friends.
Homeostasis allows a person to move near a friend, relative or a more desirable
location. The mobility of the unit allows it to travel to a new location as well.
Modifications over the years which allow the owner to adapt to individual needs
are also possible with Homeostasis through such components as ramps and movable walls.
