Teachers have an incredible workload and a busy schedule. As with
any busy schedule, eating and physical fitness habits can fall by
the wayside in favor of simply getting things done. However, as
we all know, keeping an eye on what you eat and making sure you
exercise can help make sure you feel as good as possible, and maintain
a good level of energy. In other words, taking care of yourself
helps you take care of others to the best of your ability.
