Todd Main is Senior Policy Advisor for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. He forsees the Great Lakes portfolio including liaison to Great Lakes Commission, and Council of Great Lakes Governors. He coordinates the Illinois response to Great Lakes Restoration Initiative and is program manager for Illinois Coastal Management Program. Previously he was Senior Policy Advisor for Illinois Governor Pat Quinn. |
