Executive Director, Great Lakes Protection Fund
Russell Van Herik is Executive Director of the Great Lakes Protection Fund. Based in Evanston, the Fund is a permanent, endowed private corporation whose members are the Governors of the Great Lakes States. The Fund helps to build and support collaborative and multidisciplinary teams that test new approaches and solutions to improve the health of the Great Lakes Ecosystem. Before joining the Fund, Van Herik held a variety of management positions for The Nature Conservancy in D.C., California, Minnesota and Wisconsin. His law degree is from the University of Wisconsin. |
